reviewsWhat Paddlers Say
“Beautiful area, but unfortunately it has Toxic Alge covering about 75 % of the lake. My friend and I went out on his boat anyway to see how bad it is. It's like Pea Soup disgusting. We caught two, Rainbow Trout. Catch and release. You wouldn't want to eat anything coming out of the lake, until the Toxic Alge clears up. Or Ski or Swim for that matter. Don't let your dogs go Swimming or drink from the lake either.”
“Lake access was easy with plenty of parking and bathrooms. The ramp only has on slip/ put-in point for motorized craft. The lake itself is rather dirty. The island in the middle doesn't have any man made access.”
“The place is well hidden from the masses. It is a great boat launch and a good fishing spot. The restrooms are super disgusting though.”
