“Key words here: East Fork Lewis River! 💖 With that being said, you know the water is absolutely beautiful! I have hiked up and down the Pacific Northwest, and I have yet to find water this crystal clear and clean! This waterway connects Vancouver Lake & the Lewis River, making for a nice trip for paddle boarders and kayakers alike. There is plenty of parking, and there is a life jacket station. Other than that, nature brings the rest! This spot is perfect for a fun day in the sun with friends and family because of this. I highly recommend checking out this entire area!👍🏼 PS: The sunsets are spectacular here! ✨️”
“This place is great for kayakers of all ages. The water is shallow throughout and is an easy paddle. There was plenty of parking and a nice unloading area. Would be nice if the actual launch area was wider. Barely enough room for two kayaks. I scratched my back in sticker bushes coming out and there was several people in line to come in and out. Gorgeous views and lots of wildlife to view. We will definitely be going again.”
“Really easy place to launch for a few hours. No real current so you can go a few miles in either direction and easily get back to you car without having to have a second vehicle. Nice little spots to stop and picnic and deep enough in spots to swim on hot days.”
