reviewsWhat Paddlers Say

Very well kept park! The host had ice and firewood for sale, with very reasonable prices, and they even took card if you don't have exact change. Jr. Ranger program was cool. Generally lots to do. Some info we couldn't find before going that I wish I'd have known is the lake side of C loop (Our site was C18) was not close to lake at all. The campground sits way above the lake. Like, 100 feet above. The views were awesome! The moon reflection on the lake from up there was stunning. For C18 there was NO shade or trees to hook a hammock up to. Just something good to know. Other sites have plenty of shade and hammock trees. The sites have nice paved driveways, and the rest of the site is dirt. So be prepared with a camping rug if you don't want to track too much dirt in to your tent or camper.

Very pretty lake. Water is kinda murky though and definitely isn't clear, but still fun place to relax and enjoy the views.
