We recently had the pleasure of using Hood River Pedal & Paddle while visiting Oregon with our group, the Bike’n Babes, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience! Todd was incredibly personable and welcoming, helping all 14 of us get fitted with bikes and making sure everyone was comfortable. He then guided us on a three-hour tour of the area, sharing fascinating trivia, history, and insider knowledge about the local spots. He made frequent stops, helped us capture group photos, and kept the experience engaging and fun the entire time. Todd’s encouragement and genuine care made our ride so enjoyable — we felt like we were in the best hands possible! We also want to give a huge shoutout to his assistant, Will, who joined us on the tour to ensure no one got left behind. He was patient and supportive for anyone who needed extra help or was lagging behind, and he made sure the group stayed safe and together throughout the ride. The bikes themselves were high-quality, very comfortable, and Todd’s rental rates were extremely reasonable, making this an excellent value. We highly recommend Hood River Pedal & Paddle to anyone visiting the area — whether you making a stop on a river cruise or spending more time exploring. “Rented e-bikes early in October, and communication was great over text. They were flexible and responsive to our anticipated start time. The bikes and other equipment were very nice and easy to use. The ride is beautiful and the resources they provide (e.g., google maps optimized for bike rides) make it easy for you to choose your own adventure and enjoy the scenery and/or local businesses. We rode the scenic trail and stopped a winery for quick break before heading back.”
