reviewsWhat Paddlers Say
“Rooster Rock is a well known place for its scenic and waterfront views of the Columbia River. When you arrive, there is a pay station prior to entering. Its $10 a day for a pass if you are an oregon resident and $12 for a non-oregon resident. There's plenty of parking spreading around the whole area. There are some closer than others to the river. Depending on the time of year, you can walk down to the river. I would not recommend swimming. It can be windy so be prepared for a blustery day. If "nature" calls, there are bathrooms on-site. This is a peaceful area only a short drive from Portland. Give yourself the opportunity to enjoy nature without the feeling of being far enough away from the city.”
“Great place to get naked and go for a swim Remember you can be butt nekkid here”
